1. About Group Transfer Disney
Group Transfer Disney arranges private and group ground transfers to and from Disneyland Paris, Paris airports, hotels, and other destinations in the Paris region. We are an independent transport provider and do not operate theme parks, hotels, or official Disney services.
2. Bookings and service
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Group Transfer Disney. Pickup times, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, and any child seats must be provided accurately at the time of booking. We may refuse or cancel a booking if the information supplied is incomplete, unsafe, or impossible to fulfil.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted for the route, vehicle, and conditions agreed at booking. Additional waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking, or extras not included in the quote may be charged separately when applicable. Payment terms are communicated during booking.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the service booked and are confirmed at the time of reservation. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made close to pickup may incur charges. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
5. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point and comply with applicable laws, vehicle capacity limits, and driver instructions. We are not responsible for missed flights, park entry, hotel check-in, or other third-party schedules caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
6. Trademarks and third-party names
References to Disneyland Paris, Disney hotels, airports, stations, or other destinations are used only to describe transfer routes and pickup or drop-off locations. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Group Transfer Disney is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Disneyland Paris or The Walt Disney Company.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Group Transfer Disney is liable only for direct loss arising from proven negligence in the performance of the booked transfer. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses, including missed events, lost profits, or delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, security checks, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the service should first be raised with us directly so we can seek a practical resolution.
